Ms. Puddister has 20 years working in the environmental industry.In her previous positions, Ms. Puddister worked on projects for the mining, oil and gas, renewable energy, and heavy civil construction sectors across Canada and internationally. As a result, Ms. Puddister acquired extensive experience providing practical advice and guidance to ensure adherence to legislation across multiple jurisdictions. Since joining the Signal Gold team in 2020, Ms. Puddister has been responsible for environmental compliance, as well as obtaining all necessary authorizations related to existing and new mine sites. Ms. Puddister also oversees Indigenous and community engagement, ensuring Rightsholder and stakeholder concerns are a part of the decision-making process. Ms. Puddister holds an M.Sc. (Environmental Science) from Memorial University of Newfoundland, as well certifications in sustainability,engagement, leadership, indigenous and cultural awareness, and business management. Ms. Puddister is currently a director of econext (formerly Newfoundland Environmental Industry Association), Nature Conservancy of Canada, Fort Amherst Properties, and the Jacob Puddister Memorial Foundation.
